Lakeside Properties of Elk Rapids has officially joined the Real Estate One Family of Companies! The merger was announced on July 24, 2025, and brings together Lakeside’s long-standing reputation with the strength of Michigan’s largest and leading real estate company.

Owner Dennis Irelan, his daughters Darci and Dana, and their team of 10 agents will be joining forces with the Real Estate One Elk Rapids office. Together, they’ll operate under the Real Estate One brand, with Sales Manager Wayne Toteff leading the combined team from the Lakeside office location.
