Happy Retirement to Tricia Bizer!
After years of dedicated service to the Real Estate One Family of Companies, we are celebrating the retirement of Tricia Bizer, our longtime Facilities Director. Tricia's journey with the Family of Companies began in IT, where she was hired by Jodi Dines as an IT Administrator and quickly became an invaluable member of the team. She later transitioned to work alongside Jeff Keoleian, helping manage the company's phone systems before taking on what would become a defining role in her career - leading Facilities.
Over the years, Tricia has left her mark on our company in countless ways. From office renovations and remodels to the setup and launch of new locations, she has overseen hundreds of projects across our Family of Companies. Whether coordinating contractors, solving unexpected challenges, or ensuring every detail was just right, Tricia always approached projects with dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
While many of us may not have seen the countless hours of planning and problem-solving that happened behind the scenes, we have all benefited from Tricia's hard work and expertise. The spaces where we work, collaborate, and serve our clients are better because of her efforts.
Tricia, thank you for your years of service, your steady leadership, and the lasting impact you've made throughout our organization. We wish you all the best in retirement and hope this next chapter is filled with relaxation, adventure, and plenty of time to enjoy the things you love.
