70 of Our Family Agents Graduate from "Ninja Selling" Training Program

Our Family of Companies recently hosted the Ninja Selling training program in our new Academy space. Ninja Selling is a seamless method to organize your business, client base, and daily habits to achieve your real estate and personal goals.

Maria Starkey, Realtor at MBA Realty, shared, “What you learn from the Ninja training is really how to be on purpose and working on your business, not just in your business. I was working in my business and really felt like I was on a hamster wheel.” Starkey continued, “While I've had a lot of success in my business, it's been very reactionary. It's just reacting to what's happening rather than being in control of what's happening. So I feel like this is giving me the tools to really turn that around.”

A big takeaway from the training was the topic of gratitude and how to start your morning off on the right foot. Lisa Sobell, Realtor at Real Estate One, shared, “I've learned that I'm doing some things I need to stop doing, like looking at my email first thing in the morning that needs to stop and then focus on the affirmations and gratitude and reading.”

If you’re a Realtor and on the fence about whether or not to take the training, Stacey Krohn, Realtor at Real Estate One, encourages you to jump in. “I think it's going to take your business to the next level. Again, it's about creating habits. That's just going to elevate your self, your business, and really help you succeed.”

Realtors of all experience levels (from 3 months into the business to over 20 years) completed the program. Jim Carey, Realtor at Reinhart, has led a successful real estate career for 23 years and participated in the recent training. He shared, “At first I was a little bit fearful about taking time off of my business for four days. But I’ve got to tell you, I've learned more in these last four days that I'm really looking forward to Monday morning to start all of this in action.”
